For a long time, artists were faced with a binary choice.
On one side, the major labels — with their extensive infrastructure, history, and amplification power.
On the other, digital distributors — simpler models offering autonomy, where many artists felt abandoned.
But in recent years, a new path has emerged. A middle ground that blends independence with strategic support. A place that offers freedom without abandonment, and technology paired with career vision. This is the space Strm is establishing itself in.
Next week, two artists from Stage 9 — solid names with loyal audiences — will be announced as part of the Strm team.
These are artists who could have chosen any path, including that of the majors. But they’ve chosen to remain in control of their decisions — now with better tools, clarity, and intelligent support for every step of their journey.
This decision, although still new to many, is already a reality in our community.
Traia Veia has conducted several advance operations with Strm, shaping their investment strategy. Grelo launched major projects with us, maintaining creative control throughout the process. Rayane Rafaela, Biguinho Sensação, and Vitor Limma, among others, also remain with us — all protagonists of their careers, preserving their autonomy with personalized guidance.
One important point: artists are never forced to stay. If, at any time, moving to a major label makes more sense, that decision is respected and supported. But to this day, no Strm artist has made that move. Perhaps because they’ve found the balance they were always searching for: freedom with structure, clarity with speed, data with intuition.
